There is a lot more information about the Exchange 2010 MCM than there was a year ago. On the offical Microsoft Exchange 2010 MCM site under the "White papers and online references" section there is a ton of material for becoming a master. Many of these resources I use every day in my job such as the Exchange Server 2010 Documentation and the http://www.MSExchangeTeam.Com website. Studying the RFCs related to messaging is another learning tool. Over winter break I plan to study as much as possible and absorb the material and find better ways of incorporating my knowledge into my day to day job.

Still working on this! In truth this is more of a side project now since my work priorities have changed somewhat. I've had to change my focus to Cisco UC and other Unified Communications work such as Lync in recent months. Of course, Exchange is still very much my passion but some times passions have to wait! In any case I plan to pick this up again over the summer.

Now that I have completed my MCSA: Windows Server 2012 I'm in the process of studying for exams 70-341, and 70-342 to earn my updated MCSE: Messaging credential. This is funny since I already have an MCSE: Messaging (circa 2000) on my transcript. Now that the MCSM no longer requires the training I can now afford to go for it! This plan is ambitious but do-able, I'm still giving myself a year for this mid-range goal.
